Methodology
The eglue portfolio of high functionality products delivers true business value and rapid ROI. As with all advanced applications, the highest degree of benefit can be derived when expert resources are applied to tailor eglue’s software so as to meet our customers’ individual needs. This process typically involves the following key stages:
- Business analysis - conducting round table meetings with management and
customer-facing representatives to identify areas in which eglue can provide
maximum benefit and support for business objectives
- Requirement definition – a requirements document based on the information collected
is delivered, summarizing the actual features to be deployed
- Statement of work - upon acceptance of the requirements document, a statement of work
is provided for final sign-off
- Project design specifications – final project details are prepared for development. These
include, among others, all text data and UI specifications
- Connectivity analysis – analysis of eglue’s connectivity with the client applications containing
the information that is relevant to the project
- Custom UI development – development of required application connectors
- Connectivity testing – extensive testing of connectivity to the application, with special
focus on stability, performance and other critical project parameters
- Client preparation – establishment of the client’s development environment
- Project development – on-site implementation of the project
- Testing – final testing of the implemented project
- Limited deployment - installation and close monitoring of the completed eglue project
on at least five agent machines, in a production environment
- Full deployment - final deployment of the eglue solution to all agents, following final
revisions and remediation of any issues encountered during limited deployment
- Transition to life cycle – evolving the relationship with the account from initial
development to ongoing support and maintenance
